Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; no experience required.
• Preferred: <1 year in environments with machinery, tools, wood working, design, fabrication or related.
• Without diploma/GED, 1 year in O&P environments with machinery, tools, design, fabrication or related.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate orthotic and/or prosthetic devices per quality/quantity standards.
• May assist with ordering, receiving and inventory tasks.
• Maintain 5S to keep a safe, clean, orderly workspace.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements and HIPAA training.
