Job summary

Hanger Fabrication Network is seeking an Associate Fabricator to fabricate orthotic and prosthetic devices, following precise specifications and quality standards. The role includes on-the-job and formal O&P training (LMS) and maintaining tools and materials per device requirements.

Ideal candidates will learn company policies, work under supervision, and contribute to a safe, efficient workflow while upholding patient-centered quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; no experience required.
• Without diploma/GED, 1 year of related experience in O&P environments.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate orthotic and/or prosthetic devices according to quality standards.
• May assist with inventory tasks, ordering and receiving.
• Maintain 5S to keep a safe, clean and orderly workspace.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations.
• Comply with HIPAA and other regulatory trainings.
