Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years general maintenance and operations experience.
• Valid Class D Driver License (TN); DOT background check pass.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read drawings/diagrams and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assists in performing and overseeing work orders for preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems at apprentice level.
• Determines the nature of the problem and ensures that repairs at a apprentice level are completed in a timely and quality manner.
• Performs apprentice level maintenance incidental to system operations.
