Qualifications

• Required - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred - Associates Degree in Mechanics or related field.
• Licenses: Class D Driver License (TN) required; others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs and oversees work orders for preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Determines the nature of the problem and ensures repairs are completed in a timely manner.
• Performs and guides the maintenance of machinery incidental to system operations.
• Demonstrates effective customer service skills promoting a positive work environment and contributes to the overall team effort.
• Understands and applies all policies, procedures and standards.
• Demonstrates safe work practices and visibly leads other Associates in supporting a strong safety culture.
