O&M specialists to learn and perform tasks aligned with our mission of compassionate care. The role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years general maintenance experience, and a TN Class D driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• General maintenance and operations experience of 1-3 years is required.
• Valid Class D Tennessee driver license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in performing and overseeing work orders for preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems at an apprentice level.
• Determines the nature of the problem and ensures repairs at an apprentice level are completed timely and with quality.
• Performs apprentice level maintenance incidental to system operations.
