Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in Mechanics preferred.
• Maintenance experience with building systems is desirable.
• Ability to read diagrams and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs and oversees work orders for preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Determines the nature of the problem and ensures repairs are completed in a timely manner.
• Performs and guides the maintenance of machinery incidental to system operations.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and contributes to the team effort.
• Understands and applies all policies, procedures and standards.
• Demonstrates safe work practices and leads others in a strong safety culture.
