Responsibilities

• Performs and oversees work orders for complex preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems at a journeyman level.
• Determines the nature of the problem and ensures repairs are completed in a timely and quality manner.
• Maintains machinery incidental to system operations at journeyman level.
