Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Experience in combined-cycle power plant maintenance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize reliability and life.
• Direct maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Oversee outages including scope, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
• Analyze performance and maintenance history to identify risks and improvements.
• Monitor maintenance costs, availability, and labor utilization to inform decisions.
• Coordinate maintenance with Operations to balance outages and generation.
