Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of power plant operations or maintenance experience or degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Experience leading/supervising employees in a related field.
• Experience in a gas fire cogeneration plant.
• Knowledge of quality processes and formal programs.
• Strong leadership skills with an understanding of leadership principles.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety and environmental programs and supports plant and company goals.
• Serves on plant leadership team and covers vacancies on a temporary basis.
• Represents plant as Mechanical Maintenance Authority and process SME for corporate activities.
• Coordinates development and use of maintenance work packages for outages including pre- and post-outage activities.
• Champions mechanical preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversees plans, schedules, and budgets for all maintenance and outage work.
• Oversees contractor and vendor selection to perform outage work in accordance with policy.
