Veolia Environnement SA seeks an Operations and Maintenance Coordination Manager to oversee the Brooklyn Navy Yard Cogeneration Plant’s maintenance. You will drive safe, reliable, and efficient operations, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and I&C activities with internal teams and external contractors.

The role requires a technical degree and extensive plant experience, including outages, CMMS/Maximo management, and strong leadership.

Formación

• A technical undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in natural gas fired combined cycle power plant operations and maintenance.
• Experience with LOTO process and procedures.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and controls, electricity, rotating equipment, and power plant mechanics.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe and quality maintenance of plant equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Direct maintenance personnel in inspection and repair of plant equipment.
• Plan and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead outage planning, scheduling, and coordination with contractors.
• Ensure plant procedures are followed and staff trained and certified.
• Oversee safety programs and staff development.
