Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in advisement, student services, outreach, or enrollment support.
• Ability to work with adult learners and diverse student populations.
• Ability to manage a student caseload and provide consistent follow-up.
• Familiarity with CUNYfirst, Navigate, Microsoft Office, Zoom.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain holistic oversight of the cohort’s academic trajectory from admission to graduation.
• Provide advisement on academic planning, course selection, registration, and progression requirements.
• Assist with admissions, readmission, registration, and use of college systems.
• Conduct proactive outreach with students throughout the enrollment cycle.
• Guide students in completing FAFSA and TAP applications.
• Monitor progress and reach out to students needing additional support.
• Connect students to academic and support services.
• Support retention initiatives and student engagement activities.
• Maintain records of advisement, outreach, referrals, and follow-up.
