Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience in advisement, student services, outreach, or enrollment support.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with adult learners and diverse student populations.
• Familiarity with CUNYfirst, Navigate, Microsoft Office, Zoom, or similar systems.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage an assigned cohort of NYSOP students from onboarding through continued enrollment.
• Provide advisement on academic planning, course selection, registration, and NYSOP progression requirements.
• Support enrollment processes, including admissions, readmission, and use of college systems.
• Conduct proactive outreach and follow-up with students throughout the enrollment cycle.
• Assist students with FAFSA and TAP applications and monitor progress.
