Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of equities experience or equivalent, including NYSE or algorithmic trading/smart order routing.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven decision ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and consider risk factors in decisions.
• Knowledge of equities execution products, market structure, and regulatory landscape.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Navigate NYSE Broker Systems for high-touch and low-touch trading, routing, and risk management.
• Collaborate with J.P. Morgan trading team to meet client needs for execution and support.
• Host clients and firm guests on the NYSE trading floor during market hours.
• Familiarize with electronic execution capabilities and coordination between floor and electronic workflows.
• Produce analysis of product usage, client trends, trading performance, and revenues.
• Maintain knowledge of equities trading, market structure, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain internal data, documents, and CRM applications.
