Job summary

J.P. Morgan Securities is seeking an Associate NYSE Floor Broker to join its equities trading team on the NYSE floor at 11 Wall Street, NYC.

The role is execution-focused, requiring daily NYSE floor attendance and close coordination with electronic trading capabilities and ECS platform for algorithmic execution and low-latency workflows. You will support agency and principal trading, work across high-touch and low-touch workflows, and collaborate with Global Equities Sales and Trading to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in finance/economics/math/engineering/CS or related quantitative field.
3+ years equities experience, including NYSE or algo trading/ROUT, preferred.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
Ability to work under pressure and consider risk factors in decisions.
Understanding of equities execution products, market structure and regulatory landscape.
Ability to interact confidently with clients.
Licenses: Series 19, 57, 7, 63 or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Navigate NYSE Broker Systems for high-touch and low-touch trading, client routing, and risk management.
Collaborate with trading team to meet each client's trade execution and support needs.
Host clients and firm guests on the NYSE trading floor during market hours.
Support equity electronic execution capabilities, including algorithmic execution and smart order routing, coordinating floor and electronic workflows.
Analyze product usage, client trends, trading performance, and revenues to guide product evolution.
Maintain knowledge of equities trading, market structure, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain internal data, documents, and CRM applications.
