Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York seeks an Executive Director NYSE Floor Broker to lead on‑floor execution and client support on the NYSE trading floor at 11 Wall Street. You will partner with equities trading teams, coordinating with ECS for algorithmic execution and low‑latency workflows, and deliver seamless, high‑quality execution.

The role requires a senior presence on the NYSE floor, strong risk‑management judgment, and close interaction with clients and internal stakeholders to drive performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related quantitative field or business discipline.
• 7+ years of equities experience, including NYSE or algorithmic trading exposure.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle risk considerations.
• Solid understanding of equities execution products and market structure.
• Demonstrated client-facing professionalism.
• Series 19, 57, 7, and 63 or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior on‑floor leadership for complex executions and high‑pressure decisions.
• Navigate NYSE Broker Systems for high‑touch and low‑touch trading and risk management.
• Collaborate with JPMorgan trading teams to meet client needs in execution and support.
• Host clients on the NYSE floor and represent the franchise at market hours.
• Foster coordination between floor execution and electronic workflows (ECS, algorithmic execution).
• Produce analysis of product usage, client trends, and performance to drive improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of market structure and regulatory requirements.
