Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Executive Director NYSE Floor Broker to join its equities trading team on the NYSE floor at 11 Wall Street, NYC. The role is execution-oriented, partnering across equities trading with a focus on electronic execution and ECS for algorithmic trading.

Daily NYSE attendance is required as the NYSE floor location remains permanent. You will lead senior floor execution, engage with clients and internal stakeholders, and drive improvements to execution processes while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years equities experience, including NYSE or algorithmic trading.
• Strong data analysis and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior on-floor leadership and escalation for complex executions.
• Utilize NYSE Broker Systems for high-touch and low-touch trading.
• Coordinate with trading team to meet client needs for execution and support.
• Host clients on the NYSE floor and represent the franchise.
• Bridge floor execution with electronic workflows for algorithmic trading.
• Produce analysis of product usage, client trends, and revenue to drive evolution.
• Maintain knowledge of market structure and regulatory requirements.
