Job summary

J.P. Morgan Securities seeks an Executive Director NYSE Floor Broker to join the equities trading team on the NYSE floor at 11 Wall Street.

The on-site role requires daily presence and close collaboration with our electronic execution and ECS platform for algorithmic execution, liquidity solutions, and low-latency workflows. As a senior on-floor leader, you will provide escalation support for complex executions, work with NYSE Broker Systems, and coordinate with the broader trading team to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years equities experience, including NYSE or algo/SMART routing.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage risk factors.
• Understanding of equities execution products and market structure.
• Series 19, 57, 7, and 63 registrations or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior on-floor leadership and escalation for complex executions under time pressure.
• Navigate NYSE Broker Systems for high-touch and low-touch trading, routing, and risk management.
• Work with the trading team to meet each client's needs for execution and trade support.
• Host clients on the NYSE floor; represent the franchise during market hours.
• Support coordination between floor execution and electronic workflows for algos and smart order routing.
• Produce in-depth analysis of product usage, client trends, and trading performance to drive evolution.
• Maintain knowledge of trading, market structure, and regulatory landscape.
