Job summary

Framestore in New York City is seeking a Systems Support Administrator for our on-site team. You will escalate IT incidents, manage storage, and maintain a robust infrastructure across Linux/Windows/OSX environments.

Join a global studio focused on rendering pipelines, with on-call rotation, documentation in Confluence, and collaboration with other technology teams to support artists and production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a level 1 IT position or similar role.
• Hands-on hardware experience; builds, upgrades, repair.
• OS (Redhat based, Windows and OSX) and application support.
• Active Directory management and scripting basics (powershell, bash, python).
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Escalation support for incidents and requests using JIRA service desk.
• Support of storage requests and enterprise storage platforms.
• Monitor and maintain physical and logical systems; monitor health and alerts.
• Administer OS images and Linux/Windows application packages; manage license servers.
• Support render farm software and collaborate with artists workflows.
• Produce and update documentation using Confluence and work on projects.
