Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues across PCs, servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure.
• Administer hardware, software and infrastructure-level systems across Windows and UNIX/Linux environments.
• Support users by phone, remotely and in person, including in a time-sensitive professional environment.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements that make support and administration more efficient.
• Use independent research, prior experience and careful analysis to resolve unfamiliar technical problems.
