Job summary

New Classrooms, a fully remote organization, seeks a Senior Manager of Implementation Success to partner with NYC schools and districts. You’ll drive data-informed implementation strategies, support onboarding, and strengthen educator capacity across five boroughs, with travel to sites as needed.

You will collaborate with teams across Insights, Education Solutions, and Product to ensure a high-quality partner experience, while advancing equitable math education through Teach to One Roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related field.
• Experience working in schools—teacher, instructional coach, or district support.
• Willingness to travel frequently across NYC boroughs; up to 10% nationally.
• Strong ability to analyze and communicate data to educators.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Clear, engaging communicator with diverse partners.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets; familiarity with data viz tools.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner Communication & Implementation: serve as a trusted partner to NYC schools and districts.
• Data & Reporting: prepare data reports and translate insights into recommendations.
• Direct School Support: provide hands-on support for district accounts and operations.
• Collaboration: work with Insights, Analytics, Education Solutions, and Product teams.
• Project coordination: track timelines, deliverables, and progress with partners.
• Continuous improvement: gather on-the-ground feedback to improve tools and data reporting.
