ARA is hiring an experienced NYC retail leasing broker for a Director role. We just took on dozens of new exclusive retail listings across all five boroughs. You'll work both sides: representing landlords on these listings and representing highly qualified tenants.

Pay is 100% commission-based with a higher split structure and listings plus tenant leads from day one. You will lead leasing on exclusive listings and collaborate with ownership to grow the team.

Qualifications

• Several years of NYC retail leasing experience.
• A track record of closed deals.
• Strong relationships with retail tenants and brokers.
• Natural leader capable of a director role.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing on ARA's exclusive retail listings.
• Represent landlords from pitch to signed lease.
