Job summary

Trayd Inc. is hiring an Implementations Analyst in New York City (FiDi), in person, to launch new customers onto the platform.

You will own data gathering, migrations, training, and first live payroll, serving as the primary contact throughout onboarding. You will manage multiple implementations, ensure accuracy in data handling, and proactively communicate with clients while improving the implementation playbook.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in implementations, onboarding, customer success, consulting, or operations.
• Customer-facing by nature; comfortable speaking with business owners and operators.
• Strong in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data validation) and data handling.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; payroll data accuracy matters.
• Take ownership, communicate proactively, and handle ambiguity without waiting for direction.
• Curiosity about construction and willingness to learn the industry as you go.
• NYC-based or willing to relocate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations end to end from kickoff to first live payroll.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding.
• Run kickoff calls to understand each customer's current workflows and rules.
• Lead data migrations: extract, clean, and import payroll data with high accuracy.
• Train customers on the platform and support their first live payroll runs.
• Manage multiple implementations at different stages and timelines.
• Identify gaps and contribute improvements to the implementation playbook.
