Job summary

Trayd, based in New York, is hiring a senior implementation manager to lead enterprise customer launches onto Trayd. You will own implementations end to end and partner with product and engineering to solve complex problems.

This in-person role in Soho requires coordinating multiple stakeholders across legacy systems, data migrations, and operational changes while delivering high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in implementation, consulting, customer success or operations roles.
• Ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior customer stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented while also strategic.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through successful launch.
• Build relationships with customer executives and operations teams to establish trust.
• Diagnose operational workflows and translate into scalable solutions within Trayd.
• Lead large data migrations with accuracy and security.
• Coordinate with engineering and product to resolve issues quickly.
