Job summary

Trayd is hiring a Senior Implementation Analyst in New York City (FiDi) to lead complex enterprise customer launches onto our platform. This in-person role requires ownership, strategic problem solving, and the ability to navigate both technical and business challenges.

You will own end-to-end implementations, serve as a trusted advisor to customers, and partner with product and engineering to resolve non-obvious problems as we scale post-Series A.

Qualifications

• Lead complex enterprise customer implementations end to end.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized with strong Excel skills; NYC-based or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customer implementations end to end, from kickoff through launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and translate workflows into scalable solutions.
• Manage data migrations, timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination with product and engineering.
• Identify gaps, improve implementation playbooks, and scale the implementations function.
