Job summary

Infinium Wall Systems Inc. is seeking a hands-on NYC Field Operations Coordinator to support demountable wall projects across New York City. This full-time, boots-on-the-ground role requires coordinating on active sites and occasional national travel.

You will obtain accurate site measurements (VIFs), diagnose installation issues, support field crews, communicate clearly with Project Management, and ensure field information is complete and timely.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; carpentry and/or glazing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of job-site conditions, field measurements, tolerances, and installation practices.
• Ability and confidence to obtain VIFs independently without direct field supervision.
• Learn and demonstrate complete knowledge of Infinium wall systems, doors, and hardware.
• Willing to work full time in the field across New York City and report to NYC job sites.

Responsibilities

• Report to and support project sites throughout New York City for upcoming and active installations.
• Independently obtain accurate VIFs and document existing field conditions.
• Develop knowledge of Infinium wall systems, door types, and hardware for field use.
• Provide hands-on installation support for walls, doors, and hardware as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure field information is complete and timely.
