Job summary

Infinium Wall Systems is seeking a hands-on Installation / Field Operations Coordinator to support demountable wall projects nationwide. This full-time role is based at our Strongsville, Ohio headquarters with extensive nationwide travel of approximately 60–70%.

The ideal candidate has construction experience, can obtain VIFs in the field, and communicates clearly with project teams while coordinating with the Production and Fabrication groups.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; carpentry and/or glazing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain VIFs independently and communicate field information clearly.
• Willing to travel 60–70% of the year across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites throughout the country to support upcoming and active installations.
• Independently obtain accurate VIFs (field measurements) and document existing field conditions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Infinium wall systems, door types, hardware, and installation procedures.
• Provide hands-on installation support for Infinium wall systems, doors, and hardware when required.
• Review site conditions and identify potential installation or coordination concerns before they impact the project.
• Diagnose on-site issues and relay clear information to Production and Fabrication teams.
• Maintain communication with Project Management regarding VIFs, readiness, progress, and concerns.
• Communicate professionally with general contractors, site superintendents, customers, installers, and other trades.
• Troubleshoot field conditions and determine information needed for internal teams to develop solutions.
• Document measurements, site conditions, deficiencies, and installation issues accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure field information is complete and timely.
