Job summary

NeuroPace in New York City is seeking an Associate Therapy Consultant/Market Development Rep to join our field team in the NYC metro area. You will drive market development by engaging epileptologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other care team members to promote NeuroPace’s RNS System and expand patient access.

You will educate clinicians and patients, coordinate with Field Clinical Engineers, and support OR logistics and training programs while traveling extensively to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in medical devices or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Prior exposure to neurology or medical devices is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop aggressive sales strategy to grow accounts in NYC metro.
• build physician champions for product adoption and expand user base.
• educate customers on RNS System through demonstrations and education programs.
• manage territory pipeline in Salesforce and Caspio; report on activity.
• collaborate with clinical engineers on patient education programs and OR logistics.
• maintain clinical credibility while developing sales and business planning skills.
