You will win new business, headhunt top talent, nurture client relationships and negotiate deals, with mentorship and clear targets guiding your progression toward promotions within six months and potential earnings growth.

Responsibilities

• Win new business – identify prospects, pitch to potential clients and grow your network.
• Build client relationships – become a trusted partner to the companies you work with.
• Head-hunt top talent – find and engage high-performing professionals.
• Negotiate & close deals – manage offers and negotiate with clients and candidates.
• Become a market expert – develop expertise and your personal brand within a specialist industry (Codex division – Finance Systems).
• $130,000+ first-year earnings achieved by top performers.
