Job summary

3pX Group is hiring 3 ambitious individuals to join our New York office as Entry-Level Associate Consultants. This January, the team is expanding to support growth in the Codex division (Finance Systems recruitment) in NYC.

Base salary starts at $50,000 with uncapped commission; top performers earn $130,000 in year one, and average OTE is around $85,000. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship and fast progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Win new business - identify prospects, pitch to potential clients and grow your network.
• Build client relationships - become a trusted partner to the companies you work with.
• Head hunt top talent - find and engage high-performing professionals.
• Negotiate & close deals - manage offers and negotiate with clients and candidates.
• Become a market expert - develop expertise and your personal brand within a specialist industry (NYC Consultants in Codex - Finance Systems).
