3pX Group is hiring 3 ambitious individuals to join our New York office as Entry-Level Associate Consultants. The role offers a base salary of $50,000 with uncapped commission and a top-first-year earning potential of $130,000, with an average OTE of about $85,000.

We provide comprehensive training, development and mentorship, with a promotion within six months if on track. Expect fast progression, quarterly incentives, mentorship from senior consultants and a path to equity through our company

Responsibilities

• Win new business – identify prospects, pitch to potential clients and grow your network
• Build client relationships – become a trusted partner to the companies you work with
• Headhunt top talent – find and engage high-performing professionals
• Negotiate & close deals – manage offers and negotiate with clients and candidates
• Become a market expert – develop expertise and your personal brand within a specialist industry (NYC Consultants are part of Codex division)
• $130,000+ first-year earnings achieved by top performers
