3pX Group in New York City is hiring an Entry-Level Associate Consultant to recruit in the Finance Systems Codex and ViTA markets. You will build client and candidate relationships and own your market end-to-end.

Expect hands-on development in business development, negotiation, headhunting and market expertise, with strong mentorship from experienced consultants. Competitive base salary and generous commissions apply.

• Base salary: $50,000 + uncapped commission (Average OTE Year 1 = $85,000 - with top performers earning $130,000 Year 1)
• Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
