Holt Construction Corp. in New York City is seeking a Project Executive to lead the operations of the construction, project management and project administration within the New York City business unit.

You will mentor project staff and collaborate with the Management Team to drive BU profitability and growth. The role requires a BS degree and at least fifteen years of progressive construction experience; you will oversee budgets, schedules, safety, and client relationships while advancing Holt's

Formación

• BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, business, or equivalent.
• Minimum of fifteen years of progressive construction experience.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Familiarity with construction management software platforms.
• Capable of developing and executing the BU business plan including assembling BU budget, forecasting, resource planning and allocation.
• Comfortable being accountable for the performance of the BU both from a project delivery and financial aspect.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee profit and loss of the BU and deliver yearly growth.
• Drive client development, retention, satisfaction, repeat and new business.
• Prepare and assemble supporting documentation of monthly executive summaries of the BU.
• Regularly meet with the DO to review BU performance, including budgeting and profitability.
• Responsible for timely reporting of legal issues impacting the BU.
• Perform regular project reviews with project teams and the General Superintendent.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Report financials, such as monthly projections and change orders, for all BU projects.
• Coordinate project mobilization, demobilization and equipment needs.
• Ensure safety culture and performance across projects.
