PrimaryMD is seeking an operations leader in New York City to own day-to-day operations and build scalable systems for care teams across markets. You will design workflows, SOPs, and performance standards to ensure every member interaction is excellent and consistent as we grow.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare operations, hands-on leadership of frontline teams, and a track record of building scalable processes with KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in operations, with significant time in healthcare services delivery: a care delivery company, health system, medical practice, or digital health startup.
• Led front-line teams such as care coordinators, medical assistants, or patient support, and held them to a high bar.
• Built and led the operations behind clinical teams through fast growth, including SOPs, service standards, KPIs, and accountability.

Aufgaben

• Own the member experience from enrollment onward, ensuring every touchpoint is intentional and excellent.
• Lead care-team operations across New York and San Francisco, coordinating referrals, authorizations, labs, imaging, and scheduling.
• Define and implement SOPs, service standards, training, and physician coverage to scale the PrimaryMD operating system.
