Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of claims management experience.
• Licensing: NY licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing NY Lost-Time claims to determine benefits.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to directions.
