Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking BCBA clinicians in New York who will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum. You will collaborate with a clinical team to deliver high-quality services while maintaining family engagement and data-driven treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligible to take the exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Explain assessment results and recommendations to families.
• Support the clinical team and supervise technicians.
• Maintain professional conduct and protect client confidentiality.
• Assist with moving and supervising sessions involving active children.
