Proud Moments ABA in New York is seeking a qualified BCBA to lead high-impact ABA services for children with autism. You will develop and supervise targeted interventions, partner with families, and collaborate with a multi-tiered clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or awaiting exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress as clients gain positive behaviors and skills.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying issues and raising concerns.
• Mentor and train the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Assist clients with physical activities during sessions.
