Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New York is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts, with a $2,500 retention bonus for NY Medicaid credentialed BCBAs managing four cases. Hourly pay ranges from $90 to $100, and a robust benefits package is included.

You will deliver ABA services using innovative treatment techniques, supported by a multi-tiered clinical team and streamlined data tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field
• Current BCBA license or sitting for exam soon
• Experience applying ABA with children with ASD or related disorders
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• BCBA Bonus Opportunity expires 10/15/2026

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism
• Help clients achieve positive behavior changes and skill acquisition
• Support families by discussing assessment results and treatment plans
• Advocate for clients and monitor potential issues
• Supervise and train technicians
• Maintain safe session environments including physical activity as needed
