Qualifications

• 3–5 years of employment litigation experience.
• Advising in-house counsel and HR on employment matters incl. FMLA/ADA.
• Experience with wage/hour compliance, defense, and non-compete/non-solicitation issues.
• Representing employers in NY state and federal courts and before agencies.
• Superior academics and excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
