Qualifications

• 3-7 years of substantive and substantial employment litigation experience.
• Experience providing advice and counsel on employment matters.
• Experience with wage / hour compliance and defense; non-compete, confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements.
• Experience representing employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies.
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• California licensure.
