Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 3-7 years of experience, top academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and California licensure.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is$205,000 to $235,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates are also eligible for:

Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately$14,000 to $22,000per year, depending on associate level
