Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's Degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Equivalent qualifications may substitute for Bachelor's Degree: NNPS/NNS programs, associate degree with experience, or military experience

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers training programs for all levels of personnel
• Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and creates evaluation criteria
• Develops in-house programs to identify developmental needs and prepares personnel for advancement
• May oversee contractors or vendors to develop or administer training programs
• May be responsible for development of e-learning programs
