Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking a Learning and Adoption trainer to design, deliver, and support instructor-led and blended training programs focused on NX Ship Design. You will train customers in person or remotely, applying adult-learning techniques and Siemens best practices to drive adoption across multiple domains.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in design, development, and delivery of training, with hands-on NX Ship Design expertise.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• 5–10 years of experience in design, development and delivery of training and blended-learning solutions
• Hands-on NX Ship Design experience in a design role to answer complex questions
• Experience as a Trainer is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct in person and online NX Ship Design training classes to our customers.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Stimulate learner understanding through anecdotes, stories, and relevant activities.
• Apply Adult Learning strategies and best practices in Siemens Learning and Adoption.
• Participate in and contribute to the global Learning Community of Practice.
