Job summary

This remote-first role delivers instructor-led trainings to customers and applies adult learning strategies to maximize adoption of Siemens Digital Enterprise solutions. You will conduct NX Ship Design trainings, explain technical concepts clearly, and collaborate with the Learning Architect to support programs across DI domains.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 5-10 years of training design and delivery experience.
• Hands-on NX Ship Design experience in a design role is required.
• Experience as a Trainer is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and online NX Ship Design trainings for customers.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Use adult learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices in delivery.
• Collaborate with the Learning Architect and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the global Learning Community of Practice.
