Siemens Industry Software Inc. is seeking a Learning Consultant for Active Workspace and Teamcenter to deliver training nationwide.

The role covers in-person and remote sessions, applying adult learning principles and Siemens best practices to enhance user adoption of the Digital Enterprise solutions. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 3–10 years in training design and delivery, and hands-on experience with Active Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position.
• 3–10 years of experience in design, development and delivery of training and blended-learning solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience using Active Workspace; please include it on your resume where you used it.
• Experience with additional Teamcenter products is helpful, but must have Active WS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and online training classes to customers utilizing Active Workspace and Teamcenter.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Stimulate learner engagement through stories, anecdotes, and practical activities.
• Apply Adult Learning strategies and Siemens best practices to address user needs.
• Contribute to the global Learning Community of Practice and help define and curate Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.
