Job summary

AmeriCorps & Senior Corps seeks a dedicated VISTA member to expand partnerships with school districts, universities, businesses, and community groups to increase access to Junior Achievement programs. You will build sustainable processes and promote JA initiatives, including JA Virtual Inspire and career readiness events.

Responsibilities include outreach strategies, materials, and engaging local stakeholders to boost participation and support for JA educational events.

The VISTA will expand partnerships with school districts, corporations, universities, and community organizations to increase student access to Junior Achievement programs. The member will establish sustainable processes that increase participation in JA educational programs, including JA Virtual Inspire, elementary classroom experiences, career readiness initiatives,and special educational events

Member Duties :

• Develop outreach strategies and recruitment materials to increase participation in JA Virtual Inspire Career Fair and workforce readiness initiatives.


• Engage with local businesses, restaurants, retailers, and community organizations in support of JA educational events.
