JA Arkansas is seeking an Education and Outreach Coordinator VISTA to expand educational opportunities for Northwest Arkansas students by creating systems that enhance volunteer recruitment, school engagement, and community partnerships. The role focuses on sustainability and capacity-building to broaden access to JA's financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship programs.

The VISTA member will develop long-term capacity-building strategies that increase access to Junior Achievement's financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship programs while supporting relationships with corporate, educational, and community partners.
