Job summary

Harri is seeking a Facilities/Technology Technician to oversee equipment maintenance and technology operations for our Nevada restaurant network, from Carson City to Elko. The role blends hands-on equipment care with IT troubleshooting to keep kitchens and systems running smoothly.

You will lead preventative maintenance, manage parts inventory, and collaborate with operations to assess new equipment needs while staying current with hardware and software processes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with experience in commercial kitchen equipment and IT systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across NV restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain commercial cooking equipment to standards across NV restaurants.
• Direct and complete preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Order and ensure availability of parts and equipment.
• Partner with Operations and Facilities Supervisor for new equipment needs.
• Communicate equipment standards and updates to restaurant teams.
• Utilize and update the work order system and inventory.
