Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years in facility maintenance or a similar setting.
• Ability to read and follow equipment manuals and procedures.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility issues.
• Inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns and maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, compressors, and refrigeration systems.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
• Complete maintenance work orders and keep accurate records.
• Maintain organized inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
• Work with production and operations teams to address equipment and facility needs.
• Follow all safety policies, OSHA requirements, and GMP procedures.
