Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inventory and storage management for stock, dry storage, walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Check in deliveries, inspect items for damage, verify quantities.
• Organize and stock storage areas, rotate items using FIFO guidelines.
• Label food items and pull inventory for daily meals.
• Help chefs with basic prep, cleaning, and waste disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, refrigerators, freezers and floors.
• Dispose of expired or spoiled food per health regulations.
