Job Description

We are seeking reliable and flexible Substitute Nutrition Staff to support our school kitchen teams on an as‑needed basis. This role is a great opportunity to assist in providing healthy, nutritious meals to students while working in a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and assembly of menu items such as sandwiches, wraps, salads, pizzas, grab‑and‑go meals, and other entrees as needed
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and directions from kitchen managers
• Serve meals to students while maintaining proper food safety and portion control standards
• Wash and sanitize dishes, equipment, and work areas in accordance with HACCP guidelines
• Help receive, stock, and organize food and supplies
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
